Supported Palace since:
It’s my Dads fault! He is a Croydon boy so gave me little choice but to get on the rollercoaster.
Favourite Palace Moment:
Watford in the Play Off final
Worst Palace Moment:
Steve Claridge shinning it in at Wembley, the first game I vividly remember. I was 9 years old and I have never forgiven the b*stard.
Favourite Current Player:
Wilf – a local boy, unbelievable talent, exciting to watch and you can see how much it means to him.
Favourite Player of all time:
Julian Speroni – I know he’s still a ‘current player’ but as he’s hardly featured of late so I went Wilf for the one above. Jules really is a legend, record number of appearances as a GK, stuck with us through some tough times and has never let us down. His connection with the fans is unreal. Players like him will probably never come around again now staying with one club so long with all the money being chucked about.
Amir Karic award for worst player ever:
This category took the longest to decide on. Not because I couldn’t think of one but because there have been so many! Can’t look past Shefki Kuqi though.
I have pulled on the famous red and blue and represented Palace, only at academy level when I was at school though. Wasn’t good enough and was released so had to settle for being a season ticket holder instead!
